The Faculty of Engineering Universitas Indonesia (FTUI) is excited to welcome a diverse group of students from universities around the world for Student Exchange Program. This event was held on Friday, 16 August 2024 at Smart Meeting Room, Dekanat Building, FTUI.
This registration event is specifically organized for 28 international exchange students who have joined the Faculty of Engineering from various partner institutions globally, such as Aalto University, TU Eindhoven, IMT Nord Europe, INSA Toulouse, Technologico de Monterrey, University of Duisburg-Essen, and University of Southern Denmark. The event aims to provide these students with all the necessary support and information to ensure a successful and enriching academic experience during their time at FTUI.
Event Highlights:
- Streamlined Registration Process: Exchange students received step-by-step guidance through the academic registration process, with support from staff to ensure all administrative requirements are met efficiently.
- Course Enrollment Assistance: Academic advisors help students navigate the course selection process, ensuring that their chosen courses align with both the requirements of their home universities and the offerings of the FTUI.
- Orientation and Resource Overview: A detailed orientation session to introduce students to the academic resources available, including libraries, research facilities, and student services, helping them to fully integrate into the university environment.
