Exchange Program

Nomination by Email

Please send the completed nomination form (attached excel file) to mobility-int.ftui@ui.ac.id (cc: io.ftui@ui.ac.id) before informing your students to proceed with the online registration.

Eligibility

  1. Have completed at least one year of full-time study at one of UI’s exchange partner institutions at the time of application
  2. Be nominated by the exchange office of the home university (Director of International Office or equivalent) for the exchange program
  3. Have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 4-point scale, or it’s equivalent)
  4. Meet language requirements of the offered courses
  5. Capable of self-financing during the study duration at UI
  6. Willing to adhere to UI’s rules and regulations

Application Documents

For application, you need to submit the following documents

  1. Application Form (UI Form)
  2. Nomination Form (UI Form)
  3. 2 (two) Letters of Recommendation (UI Form)
  4. Statement of Financial Guarantee (UI Form)
  5. Housing Form (if necessary)
  6. Law and Employment Declaration (UI Form)
  7. CV / Resume
  8. Certificate of Enrolment (from home university)
  9. Academic Transcript (certified true copy, in English)
  10. Statement of Purpose (in Bahasa Indonesia/English, 500 words, explaining your purpose of study)
  11. English Certificate (for Non-English speaking country)
    – TOEFL ITP or PBT: 550
    – TOEFL iBT: 80
    – IELTS: 6.5
    – Or higher to meet the requirement of the offered courses
  12. Bahasa Indonesia Certificate/TIBA Test Result (required to join Regular Program)
  13. Copy of Passport (cover and identity page)
  14. 2 (two) Current Photos (size 4×6)
  15. Request Form to Process Telex Visa

Application Procedure

Nominated student will be contacted by the International Office (IO) FTUI and issued admission packets through email. Nominated student must complete the exchange application form and supporting documents to the IO FTUI.

Following receipt of students’ application, IO FTUI will seek approval for the requested study program. Once it has been approved, an acceptance letter will be issued to the student.
